This beautiful property is right on the water in Southampton, NY.  The project was a complete gut renovation and addition of an existing home.  Total square footage is more than 7000 sf.  The property boasts a guest suite, exercise room, infinity pool and beachside cabana complete with kitchenette. The overall vibe we were going for is relaxed, easy elegance facilitating a total reboot and recharge from my clients busy week spent in SoHo, NYC.
